Privacy Policy
A transparent explanation of the information the website processes, why it is used and the choices available to visitors.
Privacy built around limited, practical data use
Public profile data is intentionally displayed because it has been added for directory publication. Visitor analytics are different: they are used to understand traffic, diagnose technical problems, reduce abuse and improve device compatibility. The system does not request browser GPS permission. Approximate location may be inferred from an IP address or hosting headers and can be inaccurate, especially when a VPN, proxy, mobile carrier or data-centre connection is used.
We encourage users to avoid publishing unnecessary sensitive information. A profile should use a suitable public contact method and general area rather than a private home address.
What the system may process
IP address, browser, device type, operating platform, requested page and last-seen time.
Country, state, city, ISP, ASN and city-level coordinates returned by network headers or an IP information provider.
Language, timezone, screen size and connection type sent by the visitor ping script.
Login session, content changes, visibility status, upload paths and management timestamps.
The website records that a page was visited but does not automatically read private telephone or WhatsApp messages.
Why information is used
Security and operational records may be used to investigate suspicious traffic, repeated failed requests, automated abuse, unauthorised access attempts or content complaints. Aggregated statistics help administrators understand which devices and pages require optimisation.
We do not promise that analytics data identifies a person's exact location or identity. IP-derived information is an estimate and should never be used as the sole basis for a significant decision about a visitor.
When data leaves the website
External providers operate under their own terms. Their cookies, logs, account information and message processing are not controlled by this website. Visitors should review those providers before using them.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse or respond to a valid legal request.
Keeping information only as operationally useful
Visitors can limit browser storage through their browser settings, avoid using external contact links, use privacy tools supported by their device and request correction or removal of public information when they have a legitimate connection to the content. Requests may require reasonable verification so that one person cannot remove another person's authorised listing.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use strong admin credentials, keep software current, restrict database access and maintain backups.
